Arrival & Timing
Please plan to arrive on time to allow us to fully accommodate your service. If you’re traveling into the city, we recommend allowing 3 extra hours.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to respect other clients appointments. A 50% rescheduling fee may apply if we’re unable to complete your service.
