Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change, to ensure fairness and availability for our guest, we kindly request a 2-week notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment.

  • 48-Hour Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total service fee with card on file.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Seamless Blending Method, Corrective Color:

    All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 weeks in advance. Appointments changed or canceled with less notice will result in 100% of the service fee being charged to the card on file and the retainer fee of $250 is non- refundable. This policy ensures fairness and protects valuable appointment time.

  • Arrival and Timing Policy

We recommend allowing yourself at least 2 extra hours if you're traveling into the city, as San Francisco streets can be quite busy! To ensure we can fully accommodate your service, please arrive on time.

Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting other clients appointments. In such cases, a rescheduling fee of 50% may apply if the delay prevents us from completing your service.
