We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if, in it’s professional judgment, a service is not safe, appropriate, or aligned with the salon standards, including concerns related to skin condition, health, communication or overall environment.

We understand that life happens. One personal emergency or illness will be honored as a courtesy. In order to support our careers, and the preparation before an appointment, we kindly require a minimum of two weeks notice for any reschedule or cancellation. Late changes directly affect our ability to fill that time, care for other guests, or show up to family events. This policy allows us to serve everyone.

All Services are final sale. We do not offer refunds. Adjustments are available within a limited time frame 2 weeks to align with the original consultation and we are happy to book them at client’s convenience.

To support our education, content and artistry. Filming and photography occur at salon. We always request client approval/ wavier before any public sharing.

48- HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made within 48- hours of your scheduled appointment including same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service fee with the card on file.

SEAMLESS BLENDING POLICY:

Your appointment is a fully customized color experience reserved and prepared exclusively for you! To maintain service quality and appointment availability, we kindly require for a minimum of 4 weeks notice for any rescheduling or date changes.

Reschedule window: 4 WEEKS NOTICE

How to request: Email hi@thesalonsanfrancisco.com with 3 new dates and 3 time options (pacific standard time)

Confirmation: Changes are subject to approval. Please wait for an email confirmation before assuming your new date is confirmed.

IMPORTANT: Changes made without prior written approval via email from hi@thesalonsanfrancisco.com will result in a 100% charge of the total Seamless Blending service fee.

RETAINER FEE: The $250 non-refundable retainer will be forfeited for unapproved or late changes. An ADDITIONAL $250 RETAINER FEE will be required to secure future slot.
