CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all guest, we kindly request a minimum of 2 weeks notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. The Salon San Francisco policies allow us to accommodate all guest fairly and maintain the high level of service each appointment deserves.

48- HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and ours. Cancellations made within 48- hours of your scheduled appointment including same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service fee to the card on file.

SEAMLESS BLENDING POLICY

Your appointment is a fully customized color experience reserved exclusively for you. To maintain service quality and appointment availability, we kindly require for a minimum of 4 weeks notice for any rescheduling or date changes.

SEAMLESS BLENDING (FULL or Partial)

Reschedule window: 4 WEEKS NOTICE

How to request: Email hi@thesalonsanfrancisco.com with 3 new dates and 3 time options (pacific standard time)

Confirmation: Changes are subject to approval. Please wait for an email confirmation before assuming your new date is confirmed.

IMPORTANT: Changes made without prior written approval via email from hi@thesalonsanfrancisco.com will result in a 100% charge of the total Seamless Blending service fee.

RETAINER FEE: The $250 non-refundable retainer will be forfeited for unapproved or late changes. An ADDITIONAL $250 RETAINER FEE will be required to secure any future booking
