Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change, but to ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we kindly request a 2-week notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment.

  • 48-Hour Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total service fee.

  • Holding Deposit: A non-refundable, non-transferable holding deposit $250 is required for color services/smoothing treatments, including the Seamless Blending Method and is placed on client file in order to ensure pre booking.

Seamless Blending Method requires at least 4 weeks’ notice for rescheduling or canceling. The holding deposit will be charged to the card on file and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Arrival and Timing Policy

We recommend allowing yourself at least 2 extra hours if you're traveling into the city, as San Francisco streets can be quite busy! To ensure we can fully accommodate your service, please arrive on time.

Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. In such cases, a rescheduling fee of 50% may apply if the delay prevents us from completing your service.
